In 2009, Nitro commissioned Aprais to conduct a twice yearly client satisfaction survey across its core client portfolio in 5 key markets-Australia, UK, Russia, USA and China.

By using a 90 degree quantitative and qualitative approach, we are tracking performance over time, as well as getting valuable verbatim insights from the marketing teams.

Reports are prepared for each relationship, for each market, for each client- as well as a consolidated management overview. This enables the individual teams, the country and senior management, to review all aspects of agency performance, and to create action plans for improvement.

For 2010, the study will include Sapient clients, and be a SapientNitro agency group survey.
