Bacardi Global Brands, the international brand hub responsible for defining the global brand vision, strategy and key marketing activity across their core brands, appointed Aprais in 2005.
Initially working with the 3 advertising agencies responsible for Martini, Bacardi and Dewar's Whisky, Aprais used the full 360 approach to help improve combined team performance.
The ongoing programme has now been expanded and there are now 10 agencies evaluated, covering a wide range of disciplines including advertising, research, asset management, sponsorship, and experiential, and brands- Bombay Sapphire, Eristoff, Grey Goose.
Although the Global Category Directors are based in London the relationships are truly global, and inputs are gathered from around the world.
